Evenly Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
Evenly is a private score-keeping and settle-up ledger for poker groups. This policy describes what
the app stores and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account information you provide: your name, a passcode (stored only as a secure hash), and
optionally an email address and phone number used for signing in and account recovery.
- Game records: session results, weekly settlement figures, and payment status within your group.
- Payment handles you optionally add (e.g. a Venmo or Zelle username) so other members know where
to send what they owe you. Evenly never collects card numbers, bank details, or moves money itself —
payments happen entirely in external apps you choose.
- Personal logs: sessions and home games you record for yourself.
- Device tokens if you enable notifications, used only to deliver them.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no analytics trackers, no sale or sharing of data with third parties.
- No real-money gaming: Evenly records results and who-owes-whom; it does not host wagering and does
not process payments.
Who can see what
Group results and settlement figures are visible to your group as they always were offline. Your personal
session log, home games, payment handles, and account details are private to you — group administrators
cannot view them.
Storage & security
Data is stored with Supabase (hosted database infrastructure) with row-level access controls. Passcodes are
hashed; sessions use industry-standard token authentication.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your personal logs and payment handles at any time in the app. To delete your account
and its data, contact us and we will remove it.
